11. Do your product has a quirk that mildly annoys people? Turn your product’s annoying trait into something lovable!

There is no avoiding it. Even among fans, people would never love everything about your product. However, many annoying traits aren't enough of a genuine issue that is worthwhile to fix. Still, since that trait is now an unchanging part of your product, rather than admitting that your product is flaw in some way, there is a potential to rebrand an annoying trait into a unique positive or lovable thing that adds on to your product's charm.  In other word, if you aren’t going to change an annoying trait about your brand, change how people perceive it.

It is also a demonstration of your creative skill. It doesn't take too much skill to sell a good RTB as a good thing. Advertising an annoying thing as a good thing? Now... That takes some out-of-the-box thinking!
